It is developed both in the administrative and in the judicial spheres and aims from the deconstitution of notices of infraction and assessments to a preventive and defensive action of tax lawsuits, through the filing of demands aiming at compensation, refund or immediate suspension of payment of undue taxes, as well as the management of any tax liability, with the monitoring of tax executives. PRECATORIES AND CREDIT RIGHTS

We operate on two main fronts: with Union, State, Municipalities and Direct and Indirect Public Administration creditors, as well as with investors who want a safe and profitable investment.


With regard to creditors of precatories or enforceable rights against the aforementioned persons, these may be original creditors, heirs, legatees, assignees or lawyers.

 

The work consists of identifying impediments to negotiating credit, feasibility of acquiring and selling it, procedural follow-up, monitoring of payments, analysis of calculation and updating criteria.
